Why We Built This Site
Menominee County has an unusual justice map. The Menominee County Sheriff's Office and Clerk of Circuit Court work alongside sovereign Menominee Tribal Police, Tribal Court, and Tribal Detention. Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Law Enforcement Services, Crime Information Bureau maintains the state repository. Federal Indian-country cases may add the Eastern District of Wisconsin. We bring the official contacts, search tools, record limits, and request paths into one county-focused reference while keeping those systems distinct.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, with no connection to a Wisconsin court, law-enforcement office, tribal government, or federal agency. Its role is limited:
- We cannot obtain or issue an official criminal-history report
- We cannot file a records request, correction, challenge, or expungement matter
- We cannot provide certified court documents or police reports
- We cannot advise how a law or charge applies to a specific person
- We cannot promise that an office's fee, hours, or procedure has not changed
Only the office that maintains a record can supply an official copy or confirm its current status.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are supplied by third-party providers. Those providers control their own products, results, and prices. A paid enrollment reached through such a tool may generate a referral payment that supports site operation. We do not set the provider's terms or control its results, and those tools are not substitutes for records verified by the originating government or tribal office.
