- Wisconsin criminal history: Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Law Enforcement Services, Crime Information Bureau through WORCS or its record-review process.
- Registry records: Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, maintained by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
The circuit clerk's web form is a contact route, not a case-copy checkout. Include a case number and document description, and ask about the fee before ordering. A tribal record may require the Tribe's Request to View Tribal Records form and Chairman's Office approval. Wisconsin county procedure should not be assumed to control a sovereign tribal record.
