Most questions about Menominee County criminal records belong with the county, tribal, state, or federal office that created the record. The contacts below route court copies to the circuit clerk, county reports to the Sheriff, and tribal reports or custody questions to the separate tribal justice offices. This site is private and cannot receive an official request on an agency's behalf.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot pull an official record, change a record, conduct an official background check, or accept an expungement filing.

The circuit clerk's web form is a contact route, not a case-copy checkout. Include a case number and document description, and ask about the fee before ordering. A tribal record may require the Tribe's Request to View Tribal Records form and Chairman's Office approval. Wisconsin county procedure should not be assumed to control a sovereign tribal record.
